Day 1 - Britni

Well, I’ve made it through day 1 without wanting to kill myself.  I woke up about 40 minutes earlier than I normally do to make the juice for breakfast and lunch.  I used all of it and destroyed the kitchen in the process, but the juice was delicious.  It was watermelon, strawberry, spinach, cucumber, spirulina, bee pollen, and stevia.

I chugged my juice for breakfast and quickly felt plenty full.  I drank plenty of water throughout the morning which may have been a little too much because I started feeling nauseous.  That didn’t last long though.

My lunch juice (which was the same juice as breakfast) I sipped a little bit slower and enjoyed it.  I felt fine throughout the day and didn’t feel any kind of side effects aside from a light headache, which isn’t anything out of the ordinary.  I did have to do a double take when I accidently grabbed a peppermint.  Can’t do that!

Dinner was a little bit rough just because the juice just didn’t vibe well with me.  It was garlic, tomato, green onion, cilantro, cucumber, sea salt, and ice cubes.  I think it would’ve been fine had it not been so cold.  As far as being hungry and craving anything though, I’m great.   Onward with day 2.
